Villa Andania is a 4-bedroom Andalusian style villa with a pool house. It has wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea and the old Spanish village of Salobreña with its Moorish castle on the Costa Tropical of Granada.
Salobreña is conveniently located at a reasonable distance from 3 international airports: Granada (45′), Malaga (75′) and Almeria (90′).
Villa Andania is surrounded by many terraces on two levels. It offers plenty of space for the entire family to relax and also private corners for reading or meditating in peace.
Colorful flowers and the perfume of jasmine, as well as traditional ceramic art, terracotta tiles and wrought iron are original to the villa and enhance its Andalusian character. The property is facing south: you can enjoy the whole range of colors of the sun over the sea, from sunrise to sunset. Just a 20 minute walk to the sea.
All the living space is on one level and only a few steps lead down to the the pool.
The living room and three spacious bedrooms are all facing south and have their own terrace with French doors. Your can enjoy your petit-déjeuner together with the whole family or just privately with your partner on your own bedroom terrace. The fourth bedroom is facing the bougainvillea terrace.
Villa Andania has a lovely fully equipped kitchen and three modern bathrooms of which one is ensuite.
The pool area consists of a good size (4 x 7) swimming pool with roman steps, a pool house and a covered porch. Here you can enjoy dining or barbecue with the family and friends. You can keep your drinks cold in the pool house fridge and enjoy the sun or a nice swim. Gates can restrict the access to the pool area for the safety of your children.
The villa has cold and hot air conditioning in the living room and in 3 out of 4 bedrooms and feels very private and secure.
The Salobreña beaches (which you can see from your terraces) are a short 10 minute drive from the villa. Granada is 45 minutes away and Sierra Nevada mountains are just next door.
